MISSOULA, Mont. – Elkhorn Coffee Roasters is the official coffee and beverage sponsor of the Boone and Crockett Club’s upcoming 31st Big Game Awards and will also be supporting the Club’s hunting conservation efforts through sales of a special Boone and Crockett blend. The Bozeman, Montana-based organic coffee producer will be the sole provider of coffee during all events during the Awards program. Elkhorn Coffee Roasters developed this Boone and Crockett blend to help support hunting conservation efforts and is donating $1 for every pound sold.

“We appreciate this unique partnership with Elkhorn Coffee Roasters to support the work that the Boone and Crockett Club is doing on big game conservation, record keeping, and sustaining our hunting heritage,” said Tony A. Schoonen, the Club’s chief executive officer. “Elkhorn Coffee Roasters’ Boone and Crockett blend will be featured during our 31st Big Game Awards July 21-23, and anyone can purchase the coffee online and know that not only are they getting delicious coffee but also supporting conservation.”

Elkhorn Coffee Roasters was established in 2018 in Bozeman, Montana as a specialty small batch coffee roasting business. In order to have great coffee, Elkhorn ethically sources specialty green organic coffees, that are grown at higher elevations. They then roast the coffee to bring out the natural sugars, for a sweeter, never bitter cup. The Boone and Crockett blend is a full-bodied medium roast, with notes of rich chocolate and toffee, with a smooth nutty finish. For every pound of coffee sold, $1 will be donated to the Club to support its mission. Elkhorn offers a monthly subscription service at a lower price point and if you choose the Boone and Crockett Blend, the donation of $1 per pound still applies.

“Our company believes strongly in the mission of the Boone and Crockett Club and we are happy to do our part to support the important work that they are doing,” commented April Parsons, co-founder of Elkhorn Coffee Roasters. “There’s nothing more exciting than helping make our world a better place, and together our partnership is doing all that we can to promote ethical decision-making. B&C is the most ethically-minded organization, well known for Fair Chase, and we believe mirroring that with ethically grown, high-quality organic coffee is what sets us apart from other coffees. Supporting B&C and the Big Game Awards is truly a dream come true.”
