Where Hunting Happens, Conservation Happens™

Manitoba Provincial Big Game Records

Manitoba: a vibrant mosaic of lush prairies, dense forests, and sparkling lakes, interwoven with rich cultural heritage and bustling urban life. This heartland of Canada captivates with its wildlife, northern lights, and warm, welcoming communities.

If you like hunting really big black bears, then Manitoba is where the action is. Since 2000, the records have been swamped with black bear entries. If bears aren’t your thing, then there are plenty of whitetail deer and some Canada moose. There are several entries for central Canada barren ground caribou, but they have really dropped off the radar since 2000 when bears took over the records.
