Outdoor Adventure Camps

Located at the Boone and Crockett Club’s Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Ranch west of Dupuyer, Montana. Enjoy your days venturing across private, public, forest and wilderness lands. Topics include fly-fishing, fly-tying, shooting sports (.22 rifle/pistol, shotgun and archery), hiking, swimming, packrafting, visits from actual outdoor professionals and much more!

campers to think about nature and to ask questions about the natural world around them through unique hands-on, place-based learning and interactions with peers; to approach learning in a fun and interactive way; to help students to understand learning can be full of enjoyment and wonder.

a safe atmosphere where students feel comfortable advocating for themselves, making new meaningful friendships, learning new skills, building confidence and most importantly having a fun and memorable summer camp experience that will last them a lifetime.

TO CHALLENGE

counselors and staff to set the standard of creating an ideal experience for campers through fostering a positive environment, providing life-enriching experiences to each camper, and to be a positive role-model to youth.

TO RESPECT 

and celebrate diversity; honoring people for whom they are with an open-mind and warm heart; creating a welcoming environment of acceptance, recognition and kindness.

Wildlife Conservation/Outdoor Skills Camp

Youth Ages 11-13 AND 14-18

Do you have an interest in the outdoors, conservation and advanced outdoor skills? Do you want to learn basic outdoor skills such as knot tying, fly-tying, shooting sports, hiking, camping, campfire building, fish and wildlife identification and tracking skills?

Join us for five days of wildlife related hands-on activities and engaging presentations by wildlife and natural resource professionals. Topics include conservation ethics, species diversity, habitat management, population ecology, predator-prey interactions, animal and plant identification, hunting, B&C official measuring and more. This is your chance to explore the Rocky Mountain front and see why they call Montana the Big Sky State!

Camp Limit: 15 campers
Cost: $500
Session 1:  (Ages 14-17): July 29th-2nd
Session 2:  (Ages 11-13): August 5th-9th
