SITKA Gear Commits to 3-Year Trailblazer Affinity Partnership with the Boone and Crockett Club

MISSOULA, Mont. – The Boone and Crockett Club announced that SITKA Gear has continued its support of the Club as a Trailblazer in Conservation through a 3-year affinity partnership. SITKA has been a Trailblazer sponsor since 2015 and is a staunch supporter of the Club’s mission.

“Conservation isn’t just part of our company’s mission and core values, it’s vital to the future of hunting,” says Trevor Stewart, SITKA’s community marketing manager. “It’s not lost on us that it is our responsibility to support and actively participate in the conservation of the ecosystems that sustain the wildlife we enjoy.”

Ever since SITKA Gear launched in 2005, the company’s drive to produce high-performance hunting gear has matched their devotion to supporting on-the-ground conservation. Renewing their support of the Boone and Crockett Club as a Trailblazer in Conservation, SITKA once again walks the walk when it comes to supporting hunting and conservation.

“SITKA has been a key partner for the Boone and Crockett Club for many years and we greatly appreciate their continued commitment as a Trailblazer in Conservation,” said Tony A. Schoonen, the Club’s chief executive officer. “Becoming a Trailblazer in Conservation represents a level of commitment that supports our mutual interests of science-supported wildlife management and conservation, hunter ethics, and advocacy. We hope that our members support the companies that are contributing to the Club’s hunting conservation efforts.”

“Our missions align with wildlife management based on sound science,” says Stewart. “The Club’s goals to preserve hunting heritage, encourage new hunters, and instill the ethics of fair chase are all goals SITKA is proud to support.”

Other companies that support the Boone and Crockett Club as a Trailblazer in Conservation are Advanced Telemetry Systems, Bass Pro Shops, Federal Ammunition, and Safari Club International.
